Cypress Motors Ford would like to inform our customers that during the Covid-19 outbreak, we are taking extra care to keep our location sanitized and clean. We would like to remind our customers that we will be here for all your Parts, Service, Collision Centre, and Sales Needs. We will be adding a complimentary sanitization pack to all vehicles booked into the Service and Collision Centre at our location. As of Tuesday, March 24, 2020 we will be closing our doors to the public. We are still doing business but by appointment only by either calling us at (306) 778-3673, Messaging us with Facebook Messenger, or Using Podium Web Chat at the bottom of your screen. 3. One of our Product Specialists can do a Facetime or Facebook Messenger live video walk around on the vehicle of your choice to help you with any specific questions.
4. If you want to pre-arrange your financing, we’ll ask you some questions by phone, text or video chat or at our Online Credit Application
Digitally send us over a few files like paystubs and driver’s license and we’ll get back to you with your approval.
5. If all looks good to you, we’ll deliver the vehicle to your door (fully cleaned and sanitized) for a complimentary 24-hour test drive.
6. Needing to trade your current vehicle? You can send us photos digitally to get an evaluation or that same Product Specialist can come to you for the complimentary appraisal.
7. Upon your final approval, we’ll bring all the papers to sign to your door.

During this unprecedented time, we ask that all payments are done by Credit Card, over the phone. Cash will not be accepted. If this is not possible, we do have a Wireless Card Machine, and payment will be taken outside of the building on our premises. We ask that when making an appointment for Service or Body Shop, for the safety of our employees, that you are able to leave your vehicle with us for 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for a vehicle disinfecting. We ask that when dropping off your vehicle during after hours that you park it in the east lot and use our drop box for your keys on the east side of the building. Thank you for your cooperation.

Bank of Montreal BMO – To help alleviate some of the financial pressure that Canadians may be facing, we have introduced a financial relief program for customer affected by Covid-19. The financial relief program is tailored to each individual’s circumstances and needs, which could include deferral of payments on mortgages for up to six months, as well as deferral of payment on loans and credit cards for up to three month. Scotiabank BNS – On a case-by-case basis, we’ll be working with customers to help address financial hardships caused by COVID-19.
